Pecan trees are Falling down, falling down..
Got home from work this week to find this in our backyard:
And you can see in this photo that big patch of sky which used to be covered up by tree:
This is the third limb this tree has dropped. We don't really know why, but think perhaps it could be that there are *so* many pecans
this year, its just getting too heavy for this old tree to carry. I guess this is one way to make room for an addition out back!
